8. Account Suspension & Closure

de777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension of account activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through the responsible gaming tools on the platform.
• An account that has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Player-Initiated Closure

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude de777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which de777 is operated. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through de777's internal dispute resolution process.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and de777 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
